SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dropshipping & Fulfillment
We operate using a dropshipping fulfillment model through partners, including CJdropshipping. Depending on stock availability and warehouse location (EU or Asia), orders may be shipped in separate packages.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: approximately 7–30 business days
- Austria & other EU countries: approximately 7–30 business days
- Outside the EU: approximately 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events may occur.
If delivery exceeds 30 business days, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: €3.99 per order
Free shipping on orders over €49.00 (excluding oversized or special items)
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be sent by email. Separate shipments may receive separate tracking numbers.
Customs Duties & Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees payable by the recipient.
Delivery Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be charged to you.
Delivery to PO boxes or parcel stations may not always be possible.
Transfer of Risk
For consumers under German law, risk transfers upon delivery of the goods. For business customers, risk transfers to the shipping provider upon dispatch.
